ARX Desktop
The client for Windows, macOS and Linux. Offline-capable, with local encrypted storage and support for smart cards and FIDO2 keys. There is no mobile client by design.
Administration console
Manage users, devices, groups, retention and classification policies. Revoke a device or rotate keys in a few clicks.
Secure gateway
Exchange with recipients outside ARX. Outbound messages are delivered through expiring links; inbound mail is filtered and quarantined.
Directory sync
Provision and deprovision users automatically from your LDAP directory or cloud identity provider through SCIM.
Retention & legal hold
Define retention by mailbox, label or group. Legal hold uses your organization's own compliance key, so content is never exposed to ARX staff.
Classification labels
Mark messages as Internal, Confidential or Restricted. Labels drive forwarding, printing and external sharing rules.
Designed to be run by your IT department
ARX does not provide end-user support by design. Your administrators stay in control, and our team supports them directly.
