Delayed delivery to some external recipients
Resolved. Notification emails for outbound secure links to a subset of external domains were delayed by up to 20 minutes after a recipient provider applied rate limiting. Queues were drained and no messages were lost.
Scheduled maintenance: directory sync
Completed. SCIM provisioning was paused for 25 minutes during a planned upgrade. Changes made during the window were applied automatically afterwards.
